2. What data we collect

• Contact and order data: name, email address, phone number (if you give it), country, order and payment status.
• Payment data is entered directly with the payment provider (Stripe or PayPal). We do not see or store your full card details.
• Messages you send to us.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device and pages visited, collected through cookies (see the Cookie Policy).

3. Why we use your data and on what basis

• To process your order and send you the book: performance of the purchase contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To answer your questions and handle refunds: performance of the contract and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• To keep accounting and tax records: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• To send you news and offers by email or messenger: only with your separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time (Art. 6(1)(a)). Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link.
• To measure and improve the website and our ads: your consent to analytics and advertising cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)).

4. Who receives your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and process orders, under data processing agreements:

• AXL (Accel) platform: website, order form, email delivery.
• Stripe and PayPal: payment processing.
• Google and Meta (Facebook): website statistics and advertising, only if you accept these cookies.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. In that case the transfer is protected by an adequacy decision (such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. How long we keep your data

• Order data: for as long as tax and accounting laws require (in Spain, generally up to 6 years).
• Marketing data: until you withdraw your consent.
• Messages: for as long as needed to answer you and handle any related claim.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive your data in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, write to info@mail.academia-longevidad.com. We answer within one month.

You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es, or to the authority of your country.

8. For residents of the United States

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money. Depending on your state of residence (for example, California, Virginia or Colorado), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of targeted advertising. 9. Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
