The PDF book "SOS Exercises: The Collection" by Tatiana and Viktor Kartavenko: 21 series and 158 exercises with photos and step-by-step instructions. It is a digital product for personal use. Video lessons are not included.
The book is educational material for self-help. It is not a medical service, does not diagnose or treat any condition and does not replace a consultation with a healthcare professional. Please read the limitations at the beginning of the book before doing the exercises. If you have a health condition, talk to your doctor first.
The price is shown on the website in euros (EUR) and is charged once. There is no subscription. Your bank may convert the amount to your currency at its own rate. You pay by card or PayPal through Stripe or PayPal. We do not see or store your full card details.
Right after your payment is confirmed, you receive an email with the PDF book. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, check your Spam or Promotions folder, then write to info@mail.academia-longevidad.com. The book is yours to keep.
You can ask for a refund within 3 business days of your purchase if you have used less than 15 percent of the materials. Write to info@mail.academia-longevidad.com from the email address you used for the purchase. We refund the full amount to the same payment method.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, by buying digital content you agree that delivery starts immediately and you acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal then ends. The 3-day refund described above still applies.
The book is licensed for your personal use. You may not copy, resell, share publicly or upload it to other websites. All rights to the texts, photos and exercise names belong to the authors.
We prepared the book with care. Follow the instructions and limitations given in it. We are not responsible for exercises done against those instructions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim before the courts of the place where you live.
